Finishing work you started
The first 80% is exciting. The last 20% is admin. Most projects die there. Here is what helps.
Name the finish line concretely
Not "publish the book" — "manuscript uploaded with cover, blurb and pricing set". Specific enough that you know when you're done.
Cut visible scope 20% more
The finish line always drifts as you approach it. Pre-emptively cut so you actually arrive.
Weekly session with a mentor who has finished
Someone who has crossed the same line has a shorter list of remaining hurdles than you think. Match with them via intake in your Ally cabinet.
