Enter your email at the sign-in page. A magic link opens your fresh Ally cabinet in under a minute.

Three-question intake

Focus area, time preference, language preference. Ally proposes a shortlist of three mentors — you pick one.

First session (free)

45-minute video call inside your cabinet. You and the mentor set two or three intents.

Cadence

Standard: 4 sessions/month. Plus: unlimited. Team/Business: 4 per seat. Reschedule from the cabinet.

Homework

Agreed items land in the tracker. Day-five nudge if not ticked. Mentor sees completion, not private notes.

Review

Every eight sessions the cabinet prompts a review. Continue, change mentor, change cadence — all self-serve.

What a good session looks like

Both sides opened their cabinet a few minutes before start. The previous session's shared notes are open in one panel; the homework tracker shows what got done and what didn't. The video is browser-native — no external link, no plugin. The mentor writes headings live during the call; you add reactions and questions in the same document.

At the end you agree three homework items, click into the tracker, and the session card marks itself complete. The whole record — booking, video timestamps, shared notes, homework — is on the cabinet timeline forever, or until you delete it under UK GDPR.
