Homework that sticks

Verb + object + timing

Not "get better at delegating"; "write one job spec by Thursday". Ally's tracker forces this shape.

Small, then small again

Cut the item to half its original size. If it still feels big, cut it again. Momentum beats scope.

Public commitment inside the cabinet

The mentor sees whether you ticked it, not what you wrote in the private field. That's enough accountability without being surveillance.
